The Rhum Ba menu philosophy is based on using fresh quality ingredients prepared in a simple yet delicious manner. We would like to utilise local farm fresh flavours and ingredients throughout the menu and keep imported products to a minimum. However, ingredients such as Salmon, Lamb, NZ oysters and mussels will be used.
